Mandy Patterson-Milam

Mandy Patterson-Milam has over 17 years of experience in marketing, account management, and customer service. Mandy began their career in 2003 as a Promotion Assistant at Infinity Broadcasting and a Marketing Intern at Merrill Lynch. In 2004, they were a Guest Relations Assistant/Intern at the Seattle SuperSonics and a Junior Account Manager at Metia. Mandy then moved to DDB in 2007 as an Account Executive and Senior Account Executive. In 2011, they became a Field Marketing Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and then a Brand Manager and Product Manager at Starbucks from 2012-2017. In 2017, they joined SAP Concur as a Director of SMB Customer Marketing & Events and a Sr. Manager of US SMB Customer Marketing. In 2021, they became a Director of Lifecycle Marketing & Communications at Zillow and in 2022, they were hired as a Sr. Director of Customer Marketing at Center (getcenter.com).

Mandy Patterson-Milam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from Pacific Lutheran University.
