Ayman al-Ali

Ayman Al-Ali is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and business excellence, currently serving as the Chief Business Excellence Officer at center3 since June 2022. Prior to this role, Ayman Al-Ali held various leadership positions at Saudi Telecom Company from November 2010 to June 2022, including GM-HR Business Partner and Director roles focused on HR business partnership, succession planning, and leadership development. Ayman Al-Ali has extensive experience in workforce planning and strategic planning, and designed technical solutions for enterprise customers earlier in the career at Saudi Telecom. Ayman Al-Ali holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University and has participated in HIPO and strategy programs at the University of Michigan and INSEAD.
