Dr. Ahmed Shaikh

Dr. Ahmed Shaikh currently serves as the Director of Service Excellence - Business Operations - Data Centers and Global Connectivity at center3, leading a strategic unit for Global Operations and Services Assurance across a large portfolio of data centers and international connectivity systems in the MENA region. Prior experience includes roles such as Program Manager for Advisory & Professional Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Network Operations Expert at STC. Dr. Shaikh began a career in research as a Research Engineer at Ericsson, contributing to the £20 million DTI Project HIPNet, and has held internships and trainee positions at notable organizations, including the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science and Siemens. Dr. Shaikh received a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from Aston University, along with a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in related fields from Aston University and Anna University Chennai, respectively. Additional education includes specialized programs at the University of Oxford and the University of Manchester.
