Centered Mind Therapy
Shaudi Adel, LCSW, currently serves as the Clinical Director at Centered Mind Therapy since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a DBT Therapist and Eating Disorder Therapist/Behavioral Coach in private practice from June 2017 to May 2020, and as a Mental Health Counselor at Mental Health Systems from July 2014 to October 2016, where therapy was provided to women with co-occurring disorders. Shaudi Adel also worked as a Care Coordinator/Social Work Intern at UCSD Outpatient Psychiatric Services, facilitating group therapy and case management for adults with co-occurring diagnoses. Additional experience spans providing therapy to at-risk youth in the San Diego Unified School District and supporting adults with severe mental illness in the criminal justice system. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Social Work from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UC Irvine.
