Kereen Johnson

Kereen Johnson is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Centerfield since August 2020, Kereen previously held positions including HR Manager and HR Generalist at IBEX | Global from September 2016 to July 2020. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Choice Business Solutions Ltd, where roles spanned from GM HR & Benefits to Project Coordinator from June 2010 to September 2016, and a position as HR Analyst at Jamaica National Building Society in 2010. Kereen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from ENEB and has further credentials in Industrial Relations from the Management Institute for National Development and Project Management from Boston University. Kereen's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Social Statistics from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, complemented by early education at Convent of Mercy Academy "Alpha."
