Qiana L. Cressman

Qiana L. Cressman is an accomplished leader in healthcare and community impact, currently serving as Chief Development Officer at the Centering Healthcare Institute since June 2024. Previously, Cressman held the position of Executive Director and Market Vice President at the American Heart Association, where responsibilities included multimillion-dollar revenue accountability and strategic planning for the Greater Tampa Bay Division. Other notable roles include Vice President of Community Impact, Board of Directors positions with St. Petersburg Free Clinic and Dress for Success Tampa Bay, and ownership of Emerge Enterprise Media, LLC, which launched Emerge Woman Magazine to empower women. Cressman has extensive experience in health equity leadership as demonstrated during tenure with the American Red Cross and Miller-Keystone Blood Center, along with active board roles in the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce's African American Business Leaders Council. Cressman earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Shorter University.
