Jim Vane

Jim Vane has extensive experience in data center management and infrastructure operations. Since September 2015, Jim has served as the Data Center Manager at Centeris Data Centers, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems, along with managing a team of Critical Facilities Technicians. Prior to this role, from December 2004 to August 2015, Jim worked at the University of Washington, where responsibilities included managing construction and environmental compliance for data centers, as well as leading daily operations for data centers and facilities. Jim's career also includes significant positions at the Department of Information Services in Washington, including overseeing facility services and hardware management for state data centers and network sites. Additionally, Jim held planning and project management roles in various state organizations, demonstrating a strong commitment to optimizing infrastructure efficiency and reliability.
