Matthew started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Siemens Medical Solutions, where they worked on the application framework design and implementation for the ultrasound division. Matthew then moved to INVIA Medical Imaging Solutions, where they were the lead developer and code reviewer for the DICOM Expert project.

In April 2017, they joined Philips as a Software Engineer on the Field Action Sustaining Team. Matthew was responsible for investigating customer complaints, primarily related to DICOM. Matthew also acted as the scrum master for the software group. In September 2017, they left Philips to join Centerline Biomedical as a Principal Software Engineer.

Matthew Holladay has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
