Rod Crowell, CTP has held various roles throughout their work experience. Rod began their career in 1998 as an Account Executive and later became a Branch/Regional Manager at Resource Staffing Group, specializing in temporary placements. In 2007, they founded and served as President of RJ Crowell Legal Search. Rod then joined Centerline Drivers in 2008, where they held positions as National Accounts Director and Vice President of Sales & Service. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic direction, managing national clients, and leading a team of sales and service managers. Centerline Drivers is a subsidiary of True Blue, the largest industrial staffing firm in the United States.
Rod Crowell, CTP obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resource Management from California State University-Sacramento. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications, including Conflict Resolution Foundations, Creating a Culture That Inspires Your Employees, Managing Office Politics, and Managing Team Conflict, all from LinkedIn. These certifications were obtained in December 2021.
