Sandrine Steaffens has over two decades of experience in the field of sales and support. Sandrine started their career at TLC Group Services in 1994, where they worked as part of the sales and operation team, providing business solutions to customers and drivers. In 2009, TLC Group Services was acquired by TrueBlue and became Centerline Drivers. Sandrine continued their career at Centerline Drivers as the Field and Sales Support Director. In this role, they served as a liaison between the field offices, home office, and TrueBlue's corporate headquarters, ensuring comprehensive support for the sales, recruiting, and service departments.

Sandrine Steaffens holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Administration and Management, General from Southeast Missouri State University. Sandrine also has an Associate's degree in Finance and Accounting from Universite de Technologie a Sceaux. In terms of additional certifications, Sandrine obtained a certificate in "Creating a Culture That Inspires Your Employees" from LinkedIn in December 2021. Sandrine also completed the MAP (Management Action Program) certification from Southern California in June 1999.
