Jasper Liem, LCSW, is an Executive Director and advocate who has dedicated their career to supporting marginalized communities. They served as Executive Director at Project SAFE Philly from 2005 to 2008 and have held multiple leadership roles, including Interim Executive Director at the Attic Youth Center in 2022.
