Colby Gravatt

Colby Gravatt is a seasoned professional in electric operations, currently serving as the Director of Electric Operations at CenterPoint Energy since October 2013. With a comprehensive background in construction, maintenance, reliability, resiliency, restoration, and design of the distribution grid, Colby has held various positions at CenterPoint Energy, including Electric Distribution Operations Manager, Manager Distribution Control, and Operations Manager Distribution Power Delivery from October 1997 to February 2013. Beginning as a Supervisor Electric Operations and progressing from a Journeyman Lineman, Colby focused on maintenance and trouble restoration for distribution grids operating at 12KV and 35KV primary voltages. Colby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a minor in Construction Management from Colorado State University Global and completed the Business Leadership program at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University.
