Jeff Earl is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and utility law. Currently serving as the Director of Regulatory-Legal IN/OH and Associate General Counsel at CenterPoint Energy since November 2021, Jeff Earl previously held roles as Manager Regulatory-Legal IN/OH and Senior Counsel, as well as Regulatory-Legal Counsel IN/OH. Prior to this, Jeff Earl was the Editor for the Indiana Utility Report and Of Counsel at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, specializing in utility-related legal matters. Jeff Earl's experience includes serving as an Administrative Law Judge for the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, Judicial Clerk for the Court of Appeals of Indiana, and various law clerk roles in federal and state courts. Jeff Earl holds a Doctor of Law degree magna cum laude from Valparaiso University School of Law, along with advanced degrees in public policy, theology, and liberal studies.
