Marvin Vaughn

Marvin Vaughn is an experienced regulatory analyst with a comprehensive background in energy and utility analysis. Currently serving as a Lead Analyst at CenterPoint Energy since May 2015, Marvin prepares workpapers and testimony for Energy Efficiency and Incremental Distribution cases and regulatory reports for governmental entities. Prior experience includes a role as a Regulatory Analyst at AGL Resources from July 2009 to June 2015, where workpapers for rate base issues in rate cases were prepared, as well as regulatory reports. At the Oklahoma Corporation Commission from June 2005 to July 2009, Marvin coordinated activities of public utility rate analysts, managed rate cases, and facilitated settlement conferences. Marvin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business, earned between 2001 and 2004.
