Paola Richter

Paola Richter, MEng, MBA, currently serves as a Director and Strategy Consultant at EY-Parthenon since August 2020 and has been a Board Fellow at The Women's Home since October 2018, where assistance is provided to women and families in reclaiming stability through critical programs. Prior experience includes consulting for start-ups in various sectors and roles at Schlumberger, Jacobs, and Dell Services, focusing on new product development, global sourcing, and procurement. Paola holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Rice Business, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, graduating Cum Laude.
