Shane Kimzey

Shane Kimzey is a legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at CenterPoint Energy since November 2014, Shane previously held positions as Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Vice President & Associate General Counsel for Litigation at the same company. From December 2007 to November 2014, Shane was the Chief Compliance Officer at CEVA Logistics. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at ConocoPhillips and Associate at Baker Botts LLP. Shane is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team at March of Dimes since August 2018. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Washington & Lee University.
