Azfar Malik has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, starting as a Medical Director at St Johns Mercy Medical center in 1997. Azfar later held roles such as Chairman of the board at Psych Care Consultants, President at PsychCare Consultants Research, and Chief Medical Officer & President at Centerpoint Health. Currently, they serve as the CEO & President of Serenity Healthcare. Throughout their career, Azfar has shown leadership and expertise in various healthcare organizations.

Azfar Malik pursued an MBA in Health Science Management at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 1997 to 1999. Azfar continued their education at the same institution, completing an Executive MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from 2000 to 2002.
