Deniz Yavas

Deniz Yavas, BA, PharmD, CPh, BCACP, currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacist at Centerpoint Health since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency Program Director and Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at AdventHealth from April 2020 to September 2022, as well as Adjunct Instructor at the University of Illinois at Chicago from 2018 to January 2021. Previously, Deniz held positions such as PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Residency Program Director and Ambulatory Care Clinical Coordinator at Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (2016 - April 2020), Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Harris Health System (2014 - 2016), PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Resident at John Dingell Veterans Affairs Medical Center (2013 - 2014), and PGY-1 Resident at Bay Pines Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (2012 - 2013).
