Prior to this role, Duncan was the Managing Director at ADAM Continuity, where significant expansions were achieved in service locations across the UK. Experience also includes positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities encompassed business development and customer management for Business Continuity and Recovery Services, as well as finance and operations management roles at HP UK. Early career roles included management accounting and business analysis positions, contributing to a solid foundation in finance and operations. Duncan holds a BA Honours degree in Business & Finance from De Montfort University.
