Sara Davis is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in technical support and education. Currently serving as an Information Technology Support Engineer and previously as an Information Technology Support Technician at Centerprise International since February 2017, Sara has demonstrated expertise in customer support, incident management, and IT service delivery. Prior roles include Service Desk Analyst at Prolinx Limited and Information Technology Technician at Capita IT Enterprise Services, where Sara managed user support for various IT functions and devices. Additionally, Sara has a solid foundation in education, having taught Science at both Queensbury School and Teaching Personnel. Academic qualifications include a PGCE in Secondary Science from the University of York and a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and Information Technology in Science from the University of the West of England.
