Lynnette Cosby, B.S. FAC-COR Level I, currently serves as a Records and Information Management Specialist at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services since March 2022, having previously held similar roles within the agency from June 2014 to August 2020 and at the Health Resources and Services Administration from August 2020 to April 2022. In addition to federal service, Lynnette has contributed significantly to the nonprofit sector, founding Life Personal Consulting Services in June 2008 to provide consulting for outreach ministry leaders and organizations, and establishing the Mission of Mercy Empowerment Center, where Lynnette served as Executive Director from September 1998 to November 2004. Lynnette's active involvement at Reid Temple AME Church includes roles as Class Leader, Social Action Committee Chair, and 2nd Vice President of the James A. Parker Lay Organization. Lynnette holds an MBA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a B.S. in Business from the University of Phoenix along with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Bowie State University.
