Lora L.

Lora L. currently serves as the Chief Integration Officer at Centerstone, a position held since November 2025. Previously, Lora held various leadership roles at Preferred Family Healthcare from July 2010 to November 2025, including Senior Executive Vice President of Operations - Continuous Quality Improvement/Integration and Vice President of Risk Management and Continuous Quality Improvement. Responsibilities included leading certification/accreditation teams, managing quality improvement initiatives, and overseeing risk management processes. Lora has also worked as an Executive Project Coordinator, Application Specialist, and Regional Director. In addition to extensive operational experience, Lora has provided therapeutic services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Empowered Life Counseling, PLLC, since October 2018 and has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Oklahoma. Lora holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, both from the University of Oklahoma.
