In addition to leadership at B&D, Dunlavey is the Chairman of Old Glory DC Rugby, the first professional rugby team in the greater Washington, D.C. area, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Managers for Major League Rugby, which oversees the premier rugby union competition in North America. Furthermore, as Owner of CENTERS, LLC, Dunlavey established a pioneering company that specializes in the outsourced management of collegiate recreation sports facilities, offering innovative career paths within the industry. Dunlavey's educational background includes a BA in Architecture and American History from Columbia University and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from The George Washington University School of Business.
