Tyler Brooke is a Partner at Centerview, where he focuses on the Technology Media & Telecom industries. He has over 15 years of experience advising companies on a wide range of strategic matters including M&A, raid & activism defense, equity and debt financings, and special committee assignments for clients across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Centerview in 2019, Tyler was a Managing Director in the Technology, Media, Telecom M&A Group at Goldman Sachs, where he also led the Firm’s Anti-Raid and Anti-Activism practice.

Tyler received an M.B.A. from the Columbia Business School, attended Boston College, and received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Leeds School of Business at UC Boulder.
