Valerie Duca

Valerie Duca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Operations at Centessa Pharmaceuticals since April 2021, Valerie has held multiple roles, including Manager of People Operations and Manager of Finance & HR Administration. Prior to this, Valerie worked at Arvelle Therapeutics as Operations Manager and at Axovant Sciences as Chief of Staff. Valerie has also contributed to Roivant Sciences in various capacities such as People Insights & Experience and Executive Administrator in the Office of the CEO. Earlier in the career, Valerie held the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager at Hawkeye Capital Management, LLC, and began as an Administrative Assistant at Suris & Associates, P.C. Valerie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Management from Dowling College.
