John joined Centier in late 2020, bringing with him 15 years of experience in the banking industry. John previously served at other financial institutions serving Northwest Indiana and Greater Chicagoland. Rybicki specializes in commercial real estate, multi-family land development, and construction financing. John is committed to delivering hometown, personalized banking to his clients where he works hard to help them achieve their goals. He said Centier clients are able to find the best competitive services that larger banks offer, but with Centier's personal touch. He is a graduate of Robert Morris University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. Rybicki resides in Munster with his wife and children, also serves as a little league and softball coach and is also a member of the St. Thomas Moore Knights of Columbus.
