Ian Yanhui Yang

Ian Yanhui Yang currently serves as the General Counsel at Centific since January 2021. Prior to this role, Ian held positions as Of Counsel at Hiways International, PLLC, providing legal advice to Chinese clients in the U.S. and U.S. companies entering China. Ian has extensive experience in corporate law, having worked as a Partner at Beijing DHH Law Firm, focusing on cross-border transactions and compliance, and as Vice President at iRENA 体育之窗, managing international sports partnerships. Previous roles include General Counsel at LightInTheBox, where legal oversight for a NYSE-listed e-commerce company was managed. Ian also has a background as a Senior Associate at Covington & Burling LLP and as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP, with early experience as a Paralegal at White & Case. Ian holds advanced law degrees from Temple University and the University of Glasgow, along with an LLB from the China University of Political Science and Law.
