Fritzie started their career at Sherman Oak Hospital and Encino Hospital Medical Center in 2009 as the Human Resources Director. Fritzie then moved on to Brotman Medical Center in 2010 where they served as the Director of Human Resources until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Fritzie worked as an HR Director Business Partner Consultant at AHMC HealthCare. Fritzie then joined AHMC Greater El Monte Community Hospital in 2016 as the Director of Human Resources until 2020. Currently, Fritzie is the Director of Human Resources at Centinela Hospital Medical Center, a position they have held since 2020.

Centinela Hospital Medical Center (CHMC) has served the residents of Inglewood and surrounding areas since 1924. In 1960, the hospital began construction of a new 60-bed addition. Throughout the late 1960’s and 1970’s, it continued to expand to 369 beds. Centinela Hospital is consistently at the forefront in providing innovative and integrated healthcare.
