Fritzie Lavilla

Fritzie Lavilla has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Fritzie started their career at Sherman Oak Hospital and Encino Hospital Medical Center in 2009 as the Human Resources Director. Fritzie then moved on to Brotman Medical Center in 2010 where they served as the Director of Human Resources until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Fritzie worked as an HR Director Business Partner Consultant at AHMC HealthCare. Fritzie then joined AHMC Greater El Monte Community Hospital in 2016 as the Director of Human Resources until 2020. Currently, Fritzie is the Director of Human Resources at Centinela Hospital Medical Center, a position they have held since 2020.

Fritzie Lavilla holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from Azusa Pacific University.
