Ross Farley

Ross Farley is an experienced professional in emergency preparedness and safety management, currently serving as the Emergency Preparedness Manager at Centinela Hospital Medical Center since June 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Safety/Disaster Coordinator at Alta Hospitals System, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed emergency planning, policy management, and oversight of two newly-acquired facilities. Farley also worked at Olympia Medical Center as the Safety Coordinator and Assistant Plant Operations Manager, effectively coordinating the hospital safety program and achieving compliance improvements. Additionally, as a Risk Manager, Farley established a Risk Management Department, enhancing incident reporting processes.
