Karan Karandikar

Karan Karandikar has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Karan began their career in 1984 as a Programmer/Analyst at Tata Motors. Karan then moved to Tata Consultancy Services in 1990 as a Senior Systems Analyst. In 1991, they joined Apex Systems Pte Ltd as a Sr Systems Analyst. In 1996, Karan worked as an Industry Consultant - Manufacturing at Cincom Systems and as a Principal Consultant at CSC Consulting. From 1998 to 2003, they were the Practice Director at Kenexa. Finally, Karan was the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Xcelero / Centium from 2003 to present.

Karan Karandikar completed an MBA in Information Systems and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta between 1986 and 1988. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunications from COEP Technological University between 1980 and 1984.
