Shania Ashley Dejarme

Shania Ashley Dejarme currently serves as an Executive Assistant at Cento Ventures since November 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Training and Development for the Ateneo Debate Varsity from June 2019 to October 2021, where Shania scheduled sessions and developed training modules focused on public speaking and debate. Additionally, Shania was a Peace Promotion Fellow at Equal Access International from July 2019 to February 2020, contributing to peace advocacy projects aimed at empowering indigenous communities and preventing violent extremism. Shania holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies with a Major in American Studies from Ateneo de Davao University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Metis, beginning in October 2023.
