Dale R. Wills is an accomplished real estate professional and owner of Centra Companies, a leading residential land redeveloper in the Twin Cities metro, since January 2011. With extensive experience in land development, new home construction, apartment rehabilitation, and commercial building, Dale has successfully managed over $500 million in new projects across more than 50 developments. Prior to Centra Companies, Dale served as Division President at Woodside Homes of Minnesota, reversing significant losses and boosting market share and production.
