Adrianna Rudnicka

Adrianna Rudnicka has a strong background in corporate strategy, sales, customer service, and management. Adrianna is currently the Head of Client Support at Centra since 2022. Before that, they co-founded Better You Consulting in 2018, where they focused on building effective corporate strategies and optimizing and digitizing processes. From 2020 to 2023, they were a Member of the Board at Trans.eu Baltic UAB, responsible for implementing strategies in the Sales Division and collaborating directly with the Trans.eu Board. Prior to that, they held various roles at Trans.eu Group, including E-Commerce and Corporate Sales and Customer Service Director, Customer Care and Sales Director for Poland, Security Director for Europe, Customer Service and Technical Support Director, Business Development Manager, and Head of Supervision and Training. Adrianna also has experience at Logintrans Ltd., where they were the Head of Organizational Team and Deputy Customer Service and Sales Manager. Adrianna Rudnicka's expertise lies in strategy implementation, sales management, customer service, and organizational leadership.

Adrianna Rudnicka has a Postgraduate degree in MBA from WSB Wrocław, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in German Philology at the University of Wroclaw from 2006 to 2008. Adrianna also holds a Licentiate degree in German Philology from the University of Wroclaw, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they have a certification in BULATS (Business Language Testing Service) from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
