Mats Rajala

Mats Rajala has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Mats began their career at TD Tech Data, where they served in various roles, including Supply Chain Planner and Ship & Debit Desk. In 2015, they joined Young / Skilled as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for identifying customer needs and ensuring their success with Centra's e-commerce platform. Mats also managed the bi-country Customer Success team and worked closely with the development team. In 2016, Mats joined Centra, initially as a Product & Onboarding Manager. In this role, they created Centra's onboarding experience from scratch, managed customer accounts, and provided training and support to junior colleagues. Currently, Mats holds the position of Head of Partner Success at Centra.

From 2002 to 2003, Mats Rajala studied Japanese at Lund University, but did not complete a degree.
