Laura Smulders

Laura Smulders has extensive experience in collection management and preservation within the museum and heritage sector. Currently serving as a Projectmedewerker collectieregistratie at Geldersch Landschap & Kasteelen since April 2019, Laura focuses on improving existing collection registrations and registering new objects. Laura has also worked as an Object Cleaner at Centraal Museum, where responsibilities included condition checks and the maintenance of museum objects. Previous roles include project work related to collection management, object conservation, and logistics at institutions such as the Rijksmuseum and Universiteitsmuseum Utrecht. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Modern Literature, Art, Culture, and History from Utrecht University and has pursued further education in various related fields.
