Nadiah Polak

Nadiah Polak is an experienced project coordinator and recruiter currently working at Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers (COA) since July 2023 and as the owner of LinkUpRecruitment since January 2023, specializing in labor market communication, employer branding, and recruitment. Previously, Nadiah served as a recruitment advisor and senior corporate recruiter at MEE Amstel en Zaan and Mantelzorg & Meer, focusing on strategic recruitment, candidate experience, and building recruitment departments from the ground up. Additional roles include a corporate recruiter at Mental Care Group and a recruiter at XL Studenten Uitzendbureau. Nadiah holds degrees from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and received training in employer branding and labor market communication in 2022.
