Jacob Dutcher began their work experience in 2005 as the Chief Cardiology Fellow at William Beaumont Hospital. In 2007, they joined CentraCare as an Interventional Cardiologist and Director of the Structural Heart and STEMI programs. In 2022, they became the Chief Medical Officer of EchoPixel, Inc.

Jacob Dutcher completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Bethel University from 1992 to 1996. Jacob then pursued their Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Minnesota Medical School, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Following that, they attended the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, specializing in Internal Medicine from 2000 to 2003. Lastly, Jacob completed their specialization in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine from 2003 to 2007.
