Kim Egan

Kim Egan currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at CentraCare, starting in May 2024. Prior to this role, Kim held significant positions at HealthPartners, including Vice President of Human Resources for Regions Hospital and the St. Croix Valley Hospitals and Clinics from October 2017 to May 2024, overseeing human resources strategies for multiple hospitals. Kim's previous experience also includes roles at Fairview Health Services as Director of Human Resources, Mayo Clinic as HR Senior Service Partner, and the University of Minnesota Medical Center as Employment Representative. Kim Egan holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
