Matthew Kunkel

Matthew Kunkel has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matthew is currently serving as the Vice President of Specialty Care at CentraCare, where they oversee various specialty care service lines and supports healthcare professional teams across different settings. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of the Ridley-Tree Cancer Center and Oncology Services at Sansum Clinic, where they led clinical, research, and administrative operations. Matthew also worked as the Director of Business Operations for the Cardiovascular Health Service Line at Stanford Health Care, and as the Director of Clinical Operations for Medical Specialties at Palo Alto Medical Foundation. Matthew has also gained experience as an Administrative Fellow at Sutter Health and North Memorial Health Care, a Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota, a Financial Associate/Analyst at Mayo Clinic, and a Behavioral Observationist at St. Cloud Hospital.

Matthew Kunkel earned a B.A. in Economics from Saint John's University from 2000 to 2004. Matthew later pursued a Master of Healthcare Administration degree in Healthcare from the University of Minnesota between 2006 and 2008.
