Sara Paulson, MSHIM, RHIA, is a seasoned professional in health information management and system analysis with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Application System Analyst at CentraCare since May 2017, Sara provides operational and technical support, focusing on process and system improvements to enhance patient safety. Prior to CentraCare, Sara worked as a System Consultant Analyst at Conduent, where responsibilities included software support, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and user training for the PH-Doc software. Sara’s career also includes a role as Client Services Account Manager at Merrill Communications, overseeing client interactions and fulfillment processes. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Health Information Management and a Graduate Certificate in Health Information Management and Exchange from the College of St. Scholastica, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the College of Saint Benedict.
