Douglas Lima

Douglas Lima is an experienced electrical engineer and technician with a diverse background in maintenance and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as an electrical engineer at CELESC since April 2019, Douglas previously held maintenance technician roles at NSC Comunicação and RBS TV, focusing on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure high-quality signal transmission. Douglas co-founded and directed RAR Redutor Ativo de Ruido, specializing in noise reduction technologies. Early career experiences include roles as a technician and project designer at Platel Equipamentos Hospitalares and WIATEC Eletricidade e Automação Industrial LTDA. Douglas holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade do Planalto Catarinense and has furthered education with postgraduate studies in regional development and ongoing studies in computer networks.
