Lindomar Sergio Simas has extensive experience in the electrical engineering field, currently serving as an industrial technician at CELESC Distribuição since April 1988. Throughout the career at CELESC, Lindomar worked in multiple regional agencies, including Itajaí and Rio do Sul, covering various roles from 1988 to 2020. Additionally, Lindomar served as a part-time professor at SENAI/SC from 2011 to 2020, teaching electrical and safety subjects at the Rio do Sul and Itajaí units. Lindomar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER, an MBA in Engineering and Safety from Centro Universitário Leonardo da Vinci, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Para o Desenvolvimento do Alto Vale do Itajaí, alongside a technical diploma in Electrotechnics from Escola Técnica Federal de Santa Catarina.
