Amber Tariq, CPA, MPAcc, currently serves as a Business Partner in Financial Planning & Analysis at Central 1 since March 2023. Previously, Amber held multiple roles at Deloitte from September 2018 to February 2023, including Senior Consultant in Finance & Performance and Senior Accountant in External Audit. Prior experience includes positions as Beedie Ambassador and Teaching Assistant at Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, and as Campus Ambassador and Staff Accountant (Co-op) at KPMG Canada. Early experience includes a finance internship at AAA Securities (Private) Limited in 2015. Amber holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA) obtained between 2018 and 2020, a Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
