Fanda Chiang

Fanda Chiang is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Central 1 since April 2022, Fanda previously held similar senior roles at AGF Investments and a human resources position at a Long Term Care Facility. Fanda's career at Visa spanned nearly a decade, where Fanda served as the sole HR Business Partner for Visa Canada, overseeing all HR functions and implementing global HR programs. Fanda began a career in human resources at Visa Canada Association, managing HR and payroll services for over 180 employees. Fanda holds a diploma in Human Resources from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
