Katherine Callaway

Katherine Callaway currently serves as Administrator of Enterprise Risk Management at Central Arizona Project, where responsibilities include managing captive insurance operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting district-wide risk assessments. Previously, Katherine held the position of Director of Risk Management for the City of Scottsdale Arizona, overseeing a municipal risk management program and implementing an Enterprise Risk Management strategy. Katherine's extensive background also includes roles as Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management at Mobile Mini Inc. and Risk Manager for the City of Flagstaff, where foundational programs in safety and risk management were established. Katherine holds a BS in Business Administration and Insurance from Arizona State University, along with multiple professional designations including ARM-P, CRM, CIC, SPHR, and AIC, and certifications in crisis management and OSHA safety.
