Natalie Mast

Natalie Mast currently serves as the Resource Planning & Analysis Manager at Central Arizona Project since July 2025. Prior to this role, Natalie held multiple positions at the Arizona Department of Water Resources, including Active Management Areas Director and Management Plans - Program Manager, from January 2016 to July 2025. Earlier experience includes serving as a Scientist at Henkel from January 2009 to January 2016. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the American Public University System (2014) and an Associate of Science in Chemistry from Hesston College (2005).
