Kamran Gulamov currently serves as President of Central Asian University since February 2023. Previously, Kamran was Chief Executive Officer at AKFA Group from June 2019 to February 2023, achieving a revenue growth of 15% and net profit growth of 11% from 2019 to 2022, alongside significant market expansion into EU markets. Kamran also led Benkam Alu Extrusions as Managing Director from September 2015 to May 2019, notably launching the company’s first greenfield project and establishing a high-tech aluminum extrusion plant in Uzbekistan. Prior experience at AKFA Group includes a role as Senior Procurement Manager, where Kamran developed a procurement strategy that reduced logistics costs by 17%. Kamran is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at London Business School and holds a Master's degree in International Economics, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Tashkent Financial Institute.
