Jim Chapdelaine

Jim Chapdelaine is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in IT service delivery and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Technical Services at Central Bank, Jim has previously held the position of CIO for the City of Columbia, Missouri, where notable achievements included winning the Government Technology's Digital Cities Survey Award six times and improving employee engagement. Prior roles at IBM Global Technology Services included Director of US Innovation Centers and Director of the Columbia Services Innovation Center, where Jim focused on high-quality service delivery and workforce diversity. Jim's career began at IBM Research with various roles leading to significant advancements in operational efficiency and profitability through standardized processes and LEAN methodologies. Jim holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder.
