Ani Kirakosyan

Ani Kirakosyan has a diverse work experience in various HR and people management roles. Ani most recently worked at the Central Bank of Armenia as the Acting Head of the People and Culture Department and prior to that, as an HR Business Partner. Before joining the Central Bank, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Nile. Ani also has experience at Ardshinbank CJSC where they served as a Corporate Culture Development Coordinator and Staff Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator. Ani has also worked as a Recruitment and Organizational Development Specialist at RGS Promote LLC, an HR Manager at Mobile Centre Art, and in HR roles at Premier Foods and Rosgosstrakh. Ani has a strong background in talent management, employee engagement, recruitment, and HR operations.

Ani Kirakosyan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Yerevan State University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2012. Ani further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, which they completed from 2012 to 2014.
