Arshak Kamalyan

Arshak Kamalyan, MBA, has extensive experience in financial oversight and supervisory roles. Since September 2015, Arshak has served as Financial Controller in the Financial Supervisory & Licensing Department of the Central Bank of Armenia. Prior to this position, from August 2008 to January 2015, Arshak worked at the Cadastre Committee of Armenia, initially as a Leading Specialist in the International Cooperation and Real Property Cadastral Projects Implementation Department and later as a Senior Supervisor in the Inner Supervisory Department. Arshak holds a Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Business Administration (MBA) from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) and has two additional degrees from the French University of Armenia, including a Master's degree in International Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics focused on Trade.
